RCS developed a proprietary system that expedites the refund recovery process for all shipped parcels. RCS tracks parcels shipped via UPS, FedEx, and DHL and identifies those that are late. By utilizing their state of the art system, RCS tracks each guaranteed parcel and notifies the client of any due credits. RCS is only paid when their clients are issued a refund by the carriers.
 

RCS developed a proprietary tracking system in order to assist clients in locating due refunds in a hands-off manner. The RCS process differs from its competition in that most other auditors require their clients do much of the weekly data collection themselves. In most cases, non-RCS clients must collect and send weekly tracking numbers to their auditors before recovery may begin. Conversely, RCS simply requires clients fill out a form, once; there is no need for companies to gather weekly tracking numbers or capture weekly company data of any kind.
