VERTX SYSTEMS, LLC, has launched a new division which will focus on service based enterprise scheduling software built on Microsoft .NET and web services platform. The solutions will be marketed as ScheduleTogether (scheduletogether.com) suite of products.
The initial release of the flagship product is expected in Q1, 2006, which will simplify coordinating schedules with clients, staff and vendors via a single web based scheduling solution for the enterprise. Now employees, resources, vendors, equipment and food services can all be scheduled, monitored and kept accurate via self-service methodologies and integrated with MS Outlook. The solution will come pre-bundled with MS Active Directory for enterprise class clients at no additional cost.
The product roadmap for scheduling software will be integrated with leading conference sites, XML based web services and mobile device communications modules are planned. The early adopters of this technology will quickly find ways to reduce costs from eliminating double bookings and finding just-in-time resource planning a breeze.
