Selling on ebay

The office is filled with stuff, stuff, stuff, and I did not get rid of the stuff because just maybe this stuff is worth something. These are good working servers, PCs, Laptop's, tables chairs, desks....I paid good money to buy this new and its not even two years old.

So, I place it on ebay and you think it might actually sell...well the new stuff is so cheap no one wants this old. I guess its like that with people too...we are all getting older, I hope I am getting wiser to save something for the future, because if we become like stuff, no one will want us either.

Lets home someone can use the stuff I placed on ebay, ethically, it would be sad to take it to the dump.

Do MOM's make great sales rep?

I watch my wife who is a rep. for Merck and see how she manages her time and tryes to get her job done. She is the #1 rep. in North East Region and she manages 2 kids + husband (me)...she damn good at keeping cool under pressure and gets a lot done.

This got me thinking about how to get the right sales person for my company. I think MOM's make great sales reps, especially if they have a sales goal and don't micro-manage them.

So, I am on a quest to find out if this is true? I have sent the requirements to hire as many as 5 reps. for my company - must be mom's.

Through the network I got a call from a potential candidate (MOM) today. She has a 12 year old daughter, used to work in sales 10+ years ago and wants to get back into the work force - 1st part-time. Speaking with her today, I sensed she knows more about my business than she was leading on.

I am hopeful that my decision to hire MOM's will make the world of difference on how we grow the company - VERTX SYSTEMS, LLC (www.VertxSystems.com).

MOM's out there what do you think...any comments or advice for me?

Calling all MOMs get in touch with me if you are interested in the working part-time with us?
